Dr. McChesney G. Emanuel

McChesney G. Emanuel was born in Antigua and attended the Antigua Grammar School. He was awarded a UNDP and ICAO scholarship in aircraft engineering. He acquired an aircraft engineering license from the Caribbean Aviation Training Institute. McChesney has acquired over 20 years of education and business leadership experience. He also has over ten years’ experience as a diplomat, economic adviser and business intelligence 

specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in International Studies from City College of the City University of New York, a Master’s Degree in Caribbean and Latin American Studies from New York University and a Doctorate degree in Organization and Management/Business General from Capella University. McChesney completed graduate courses in Special Education at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, 

Multicultural Education at College of Mount Saint St. Vincent, Bronx NY, Fundamentals of Education Administration Clinic for School Administrators, Bilingual/ESL, Curriculum Development Reading and Language at Fordham University Graduate School of Education, Social Studies Methods and Problem of Student Adjustment at Iona College, New Rochelle NY. He has lectured at various institutions of higher learning, business seminars and 

conferences on a wide range of topics. 


Public and private sector leaders consult with McChesney on issues related to institution building, leadership/management, public sector reform, business research, organizational design, diplomacy, sustainable development and education. McChesney has written on subjects such leadership, management, foreign direct investment in emerging markets, organizational politics and education. 


McChesney currently serves as Camomile’s Healthcare of India North America Business Development Head. He served as School teacher and principal at Bronx New York. He served as Antigua and Barbuda Consul General to New York, Chairman of Antigua and Barbuda Investment Authority and Advisor to the of Minister of Finance. He served as Managing Director of Chez Technologies Inc, a firm that specializes in Doing Business Diagnostics and Reform, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Business 

Intelligence, Change Management and Public Sector Reform. 


McChesney teaches Business Management at Westchester Community College in New York
