- To represent the interests of the Antigua and Barbuda community organizations.
- To strengthen and unify the Antigua and Barbuda community organizations, so they can better serve the community.
- To work with government, non-profits, community and faith-based organizations and corporations to support Antigua and Barbuda Organizations initiatives by brokering partnerships and establishing sustainable funding resources.
- To establish memorandum of understanding between member organizations.
- To maintain a community calendar of event for the member organizations
- To provide training to the members, so they can better service our community.

The Education Committee is responsible for identifying the educational needs of the Community. Work with member organizations to create quality, value-added programs to enhance the people in our community knowledge, professionalism and business development goals.
The Health and Nutrition Committee is responsible for developing projects that would educate the Community on health and nutrition issues. The plan is to combine the creative energies of the ABAU organizations and Health and Nutrition professionals around the world to develop an in-depth health and nutrition network.
The Disaster Management/Relief Committee is responsible for assisting people in Antigua and Barbuda that have incurred hardship as a result of a sudden, unexpected natural disaster. Work with member organizations to foster partnerships with organizations and grantees that will support our efforts.
