Edward-Marcus AL Jarvis-Fleming Co-Founder & Principal Advisor

Born in Antigua & Barbuda, Edward-Marcus AL Jarvis-Fleming is a dual citizen of Antigua & Barbuda and the United States. He serves as COO and Principal Advisor of Jarvis-Fleming Law Ltd (J-FLL), a firm he founded and has led for over two decades.


With over 30 years in aviation, Edward-Marcus brings deep cross-disciplinary experience spanning technical operations, aviation regulation, law, and business leadership. His career began in hands-on aviation roles before evolving into advisory and executive leadership, giving him both operational realism and strategic perspective.


He began his aviation career with LIAT (1974) Limited as an aircraft mechanic and later worked with Northwest Airlines as a Radio and Electronics Technician for approximately 16 years. Alongside his aviation work, he pursued legal and business education that supported his transition into corporate leadership and legal practice.


He holds an A.S. in Aircraft Maintenance, a B.S. in Aircraft Electronics, a Juris Doctor, and an MBA in Turnaround Management. His credentials include FAA Airframe and Powerplant certifications, an FAA Private Pilot License, and an FCC License with Ship Radar Endorsement.


Edward-Marcus advises organizations on aviation regulatory navigation, operational strategy, governance, and leadership decision-making.
