Ms. Kirby wears many hats, here’s a few she gladly shared with us. She is an accomplished Public Relations Professional, Motivational Speaker, Past College Recruiter (Monroe College), Present Secretary (Lovejoy High School), a Successful Entrepreneur. An elected Councilwoman of the City of Lovejoy GA. Executive Director of City of Lovejoy Youths. Georgia Municipal Association Youth Advisor for 2024/25/26. President and Co-Founder of Antigua and Barbuda Students Association USA. Founder and Executive Director of Students Association of Georgia.
Ms. Kirby is a recognized and respected pillar in the communities she serves. Her strengths lie in building solid client relationships, creative campaigns and programming, trendsetting within the industry and strategy that scores top media placement.
Ms. Kirby holds a MBA in Finance, a BA in Criminal Justice, and several other related certificates. She was awarded the National honor of: “Woman of Excellence in 2016”. She was awarded Woman of the year March of 2021, by The Shiloh United Methodist Church in Lovejoy Georgia. She is a graduate of Atlanta, Clayton County Grassroots Leadership Class of 2018. She was awarded, The Most Illustrious Order of Merit November 1st 2021 from the Island of Antigua and Barbuda. She was presented the Humanitarian Award in 2024 from the Antigua and Barbuda Association of Georgia. Ms. Kirby received the Community Impact Civil Service award in 2025 from the Prayze Factor organization.
Rosannette is instrumental in the Annual School Supplies Drive from the Diaspora to Students in need in Antigua and Barbuda. She continues to work closely with Minister Greene in assisting with the needs of the citizens of Antigua and Barbuda.
Rosannette has a personal passion for education, and her personal mission is to place emphasis on the value of education by giving a chance to the youths in her surrounding communities, in Atlanta, NYC, and of Antigua and Barbuda, hoping that all youths and students will make a change to our future.
Ms. Kirby would like to see the youth and children of all cultures, and all walks of life be more disciplined and wanting to work for a change. She strongly believes with her hands-on involvement in projects and programs within the community and organizations, will make a difference for our Future and the Future of the youths we serve will surely be changed for the Better. Along with The Village Tutorial Enrichment Program of Atlanta, she also volunteer her time and expertise to various organizations, including, Antigua and Barbuda Students Association USA, (ABSA-USA), the Kiwanis International Metro Atlanta, Lovejoy High School Key Club as the advisor, NY Red Cross, Antigua and Barbuda United (ABAU), The National Black MBA Association of Atlanta, Students Association of Georgia Inc., and more.
