Stephen M. James sr.

Stephen M. James Sr., was born in the eastern Caribbean twin island nation

of Antigua & Barbuda and spent his formative years residing with his grandmother in the Village of Swetes, St. Paul, Antigua & Barbuda. 


Stephen is married to Mozell James and is the father of two adult children. 


Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computing and Management from the City University of New YorkLehman College and is a Licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public. 


Stephen worked for Fortune 500 Company, Citibank for several years in the Accounting Reconciliation Department. He has also worked as a Certified Teacher’s Assistant and taught in the Mount Vernon City School district 

in Westchester County, New York, where he currently resides with his wife, 

Mozell Jame. 


Stephen became a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and 

Coach in August of 2016 and is the Founder of Motivational and Inspirational 

Speaking Business, Servant To All, Inc. under which he has facilitated several

motivational and life-changing Mastermind Group Sessions and has also delivered life-transforming sermons, keynote addresses for not-for profit organization events and participated in Youth & Family workshops and conferences. 


Stephen is currently the Liaison & Public Relations Officer for (SRC)-Swetes Reunion Committee, Inc. and was honored at the Annual Dinner Dance in 2012 for his hard work and dedication to that organization. In March of 2015, he received the Outstanding Leadership Award from Crossroad of All Saints Village Fund, Inc. in recognition of his outstanding leadership, support and commitment to the community. He has received several other awards to include those from the United Moravian Church in Harlem NY where he is a member and has served on several boards. 


Stephen is the Treasurer of (ABCRE)-Antiguans & Barbudans for 

Constitutional Reform & Education, a registered 501C3 not for profit organization based in New York. 


Stephen cares deeply for community work that helps to enhance and add value to the lives of others; especially the less fortunate. With his humble spirit he has a deep passion for serving others. One of Stephen’s favorite 

quotes is by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., “An individual has not begun to live until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity."
